Equipment introduction
Milk discharge tank
As the front-end auxiliary equipment of the liquid milk processing line, it is mainly used for the temporary storage of raw milk before entering the whole line of processing and production, and the back end will drive raw milk into the pipeline to enter the production line through the milk pump power.
Refrigerating tank
It is used for low temperature storage of raw milk after collection, the general storage temperature is between 4-6 and the models are 200L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, 2000L, 5000L, 10000L, etc
Double filter
It is used to filter impurities such as hair in raw milk, generally using 200 mesh filters
Preheating equipment
For preheating before milk homogenization, generally preheating to about 55-65 degrees, so that the homogenizer to achieve a better homogenization effect, there are usually two kinds of preheating equipment, one is for small output (50L-500L/ day) tank, the other is for small capacity (over 500L/ day) plate heat exchange
Homogenizer
Used to preheat the milk under the strong mechanical action, the fat ball in the milk is broken into small fat balls, so that the total surface area is increased, the protein is adsorbed on the fat ball, increase its density, effectively prevent the floating speed of fat, make the milk more smooth, more delicate taste
Sterilization equipment
For milk pasteurization, tank sterilization is recommended if the daily capacity is less than 1 ton, plate sterilization is recommended if the daily capacity is more than 1 ton, and tube sterilization is recommended if the daily capacity is more than 3-5 tons per hour
Fermentation equipment
For yoghurt fermentation, stirred yoghurt with fermenter, solid yoghurt with yoghurt machine or fermentation room
Cup filling equipment
For the cup filling of pasteurized yogurt, small production can use disk filling machine, large production can use multi-head filling machine
Bottle filling equipment
For the bottle filling of pasteurized yogurt, it can be calculated according to the output with 4 heads, 6 heads, 10 first- class models
Eight cups filling machine
It is used for filling eight consecutive cups of yogurt, which is suitable for large and medium volume customers
