Product Description

The butterfly valve feeding method is adopted, and the vibration device is equipped. It solves the problem that the traditional screw feeding device often fails to feed the powder with poor fluidity, such as Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent medicine. It is easy to disassemble and replace and clean.

The new capsule sowing frame adopts a guide rail transmission mechanism with high operating accuracy and long service life. The closed design prevents the entry of waste capsules and dust, ensuring fast and orderly capsule sowing and accurate capsule adjustment.

The frame of the 12-station turntable is formed by one-piece processing, with a compact structure and no joint gaps, and has good sealing and easy disassembly; the upper and lower modules move independently, and the fixed bracket shaft seal adopts a double-lip frame dust ring, which is noise-free, small in size, small in load, and high in precision. The fully enclosed turntable is maintenance-free, oil-free, maintenance-free, and powder-free for three years. Patent number: (ZL 2015 2 1021530.0)

The modular design uses pin-type positioning of the filling clamp, which makes it easy to replace different filling rods without stopping the machine to adjust the filling volume during production. (Patent No.: ZL 2015 2 1021519.4)
The filling base adopts a negative pressure design, which can suck the powder in the base hole through negative pressure when the equipment is running and recycle it into the powder collector, effectively avoiding the waste and loss of powder and realizing the secondary use of powder.

The new finished product discharging mechanism exclusively adopts the capsule clamping plate design. No external air source is required when discharging the finished capsules, and there is no dust flying during the production process. At the same time, it can effectively prevent the finished capsules from being mechanically clamped when discharging. The capsule clamping plate is made of aviation aluminum, which has strong permanent usability and low wear.
The slot-type locking bag plate has flexible adjustability and can be fine-tuned at any time without adjusting the workstation pull rod.

A soft sealing column is installed on the original suction seat. During the production process, the balance between the lower mold and the suction seat is automatically adjusted by the soft sealing column to prevent vacuum leakage, thereby improving the capsule separation rate.
The use of purified compressed air and intermittent gas impact technology solves the problem of drug powder sticking to the mold and improves the capsule filling rate.

It adopts the most advanced cam-down transmission system, with a transmission bracket that runs through the top and bottom. All operating cams use inner groove cams to replace the old outer cams, and high-speed operation is precise, accurate, stable and noiseless.

It adopts negative pressure technology and has an independent drug powder diversion system, which can accurately recover drug powder and avoid cross contamination. The recovered drug powder can be directly used for production again, which is convenient and efficient.
