GZPK series fully automatic high-speed rotary tablet press is the second generation product newly launched by our company. Main Compression Rollers:
The high-pressure main compression rollers roll to apply 10-100 kN pressure (adjustable) to permanently compress the powder into a dense tablet.

Large-area overfilling design, extended quantitative section, and high-precision forced feeding system make tablet weight difference control more accurate;
Double-layer stepped design buffers the impact of falling materials, effectively utilizes the feeding area, avoids parallel feeding blind spots, and eliminates feeding dead angles;

It adopts a three-stage transmission system (pulley combination, turbine pair, gear pair). The main shaft does not rotate and is firmly connected to the machine base. The main motor power directly drives the punching disc to rotate;
The punching disc rotates around the fixed main shaft, so that the punching disc surface runout and warp runout are both close to zero, greatly improving the rotation stability;
The amount of powder leakage is small, saving the waste caused by powder leakage;

The hydraulic pump station and accumulator form a static pressure-maintaining system, which realizes the elastic support and overload protection of the pre-pressing wheel and the main pressing wheel, and ensures the stability and low noise of the tablet pressing process.
