SYLD-P horizontal single-shaft paddle is widely used in the material mixing production of food, medicine, chemical, plastic, dye and cosmetic industries. It can mix solid-solid (powder and powder) and solid-liquid (powder and liquid). It is particularly suitable for mixing viscous or cohesive powder and granular materials, and mixing with more liquid (or paste-like materials) added to powder and granular materials. The machine has the characteristics of fast mixing speed, high precision, no mixing blind area, large filling coefficient, stable operation, sealed operation, no environmental pollution, fast and clean discharging, low residual rate, easy use, maintenance and repair, etc.

Working Principle
Driven by the direct-connected reducer, the mixer rotor rotates in a directional manner. During the rotation, the paddles push the material to move along the axial direction on the one hand, and on the other hand, they lift the material and throw it to the front and top of the paddles. The paddle handle always moves the material to the middle of the cylinder, and the paddles move the material from the middle to both ends. In this way, the material forms two circulating flows during the movement. In the process of repeated circulation, the material is fully mixed.
