FLP series fluidized bed is a multifunctional equipment that integrates granulation, coating and shot blasting drying. It can customize the process according to material characteristics and product requirements.
This equipment is suitable for mixing, granulating, coating and drying of powder materials. It is widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, agriculture, forestry, etc. It is currently the most widely used granulating, drying and coating equipment in the world. Due to their different characteristics, they have their own focus in application.

FLP vertical fluidized bed has the following characteristics:
1. Vertical structure, small footprint, high heat and mass exchange efficiency
2. Full gas-solid contact in the bed layer, uniform flow
3. Spray granulation, spray drying, coating and other processes can be easily realized
4. The material is naturally distributed in the direction of gravity and has good fluidity
5. Can be designed to be multifunctional (drying, granulation, coating, reaction integration)

Top spraying: The material is pushed by the airflow from bottom to top, moves upward into the expansion chamber, and is bonded by the slurry. Its characteristics are: reverse spraying and long droplet travel.

Bottom spray: spray in the same direction, the nozzle is buried in the material, and the droplet travel is short;
The probability of particle fluidization passing through the spray mist is high;
The particles are highly dense in the spray area.

Side Injection: Directly inject the material into the middle and upper part of the fluidized bed to enhance local mixing, improve the dispersion of the reactants, and avoid bottom accumulation or excessive concentration.
