Machinery Introduction: This automatic tube labeling machine is suitable for labeling the circumference and semicircle of cylindrical objects that are not stable, such as the circumference labeling of disposable virus sampling tubes or other reagent tubes.

The horizontal transmission and horizontal labeling methods are adopted to increase stability and improve labeling efficiency. It can be equipped with a coding machine or an inkjet printer to the labeling head, which can print the production date, batch number and printing barcode and other information on the label. An optional inkjet printer to the conveyor belt can be used to print production date, batch number, barcode and other information on the product before or after labeling.

It is suitable for labeling the circumference and semicircle of unstable cylindrical objects. It adopts horizontal conveying and horizontal labeling to increase stability and improve labeling efficiency.

Working process
Core working principle: The automatic bottle separation wheel separates the products and automatically distributes them to the conveyor belt. During the conveying process, the sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system.

At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, the labeling belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled, and the attachment of a label is completed.

Operation process: Place the product (put the product in the blanking box) -> separate the product and spread it in the middle of the conveyor chain roller -> product conveying -> product detection -> labeling -> labeling -> collection of labeled products.
