1. It uses advanced ultrasonic technology to seal. No heating or chiller is required when the machine is turned on. It can be used immediately after it is turned on, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The welding strength is equivalent to the plastic itself, the sealing effect is good, the sealing is strong, the lines are clean, there is no deformation, and there is no bursting of the tube.

2. Independently developed, digital frequency tracking system, no manual frequency adjustment is required, it can automatically match the ultrasonic frequency, with high output, low noise, effective protection of the mold, stable
performance and long life.
3. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is acid and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant. The whole machine meets GMP and CE standards.

4.The connecting screws of the mold and the transducer are made of titanium alloy. The part in contact
with the material can be upgraded to 316 stainless steel.
5. PLC touch screen control system is adopted, all information is displayed on the touch screen, manual interface, intuitive
operation, easy to use. Tube dropping,labeling, filling, tail sealing, tail cutting and ejection can be controlled separately.
