High speed Atomizer centrifugal spray dryer machine for Detergent enzyme preparations washing powder oils is a kind of continuous atmospheric pressure dryer. By pneumatic or electric atomizing device, the liquid material is sprayed into mist liquid beads at high speed, which is instantly dried by contacting with hot air in the drying chamber.

Widely used in electronics, ceramics, magnetic materials, food, chemical and other industries.

Spray drying is more widely used in the liquid technology shaping and drying industry process.

Especially suitable for the solution, emulsion, suspending liquid and paste liquid raw materials generated in the powder or granular solid products. Therefore, when the particle size distribution of the final products, their residual water content, bulk density and particle shape shall conform to the standard, the spray drying is one of the ideal process.

 

Application:

 

Food industry: whole milk powder, cocoa milk powder, milk replacer powder, oats, chicken juice, instant tea, seasoning meat, soybean, corn starch, glucose, fruit pulp, etc.
Detergent: washing powder, soap powder, baking soda, whitening agent, etc.
Chemical industry: catalysts, vulcanizing agents, humates etc.

Principle:

 

After filtering and heating, air into the dryer at the top of the hot air distributor, hot air spiraling evenly into the drying chamber. Material liquid after drying chamber at the top of the high-speed centrifugal atomizer, centrifugal spray (rotating) into tiny fog droplet, contact with the hot air flow, dry in a very short time for the finished product and whereabouts. Finished products continuously by drying the bottom and the output of the cyclone separator, exhaust dust catcher by induced draft fan emptying.

 

1. Adopt three-grade air filter,the inlet air reaches one hundred thousand grade. 2.Adopt wall cooling device, the temperature of inner wall will be less than 80 .Even if raw material stays on inner wall surface, it will not be burnt and softened. 3.Its whole volume is 3.5 times of standard LPG high-speed spray dryer. 4.Adopt quick-open washing device, it can meet requirements for varieties production, the CIP auto cleaning device can also equip if needed. 5..Adopt wet duster and no powder dust leak out. It is in conformity with he requirements of environment protection. 6.Air sweeping device is optional,the clean effect is satisfied for some product. 7.Adopt PLC control and touch screen system to display system processing. 8.Dehumidifier and centralized collect system can be used to avoid product re-wetting and softening.
