Product Description

Working principle:
The multifunctional boiling granulation coating dryer is also called a one-step granulator. It uses the bonding effect of the adhesive to bridge and agglomerate the solid powders with each other, thereby gradually forming granules.
The powder material for granulation is put into the fluidized bed, the cold air enters through the filter, is heated up by the heater, and after the temperature of the cold air rises to the process temperature, it enters the fluidized bed, so that the powder circulates in a fluidized state, and sprays into the fluidized bed at the same time. The mist-like binder wets the powder in the container, and makes the powder agglomerate into small loose particles. At the same time of granulation, the water evaporates continuously and is carried away by the hot air.
