Crushing process

Mixing process
Discharge the crushed raw materials into the mixer, then add oil to the feed in the mixer, mix all the components evenly, and mix the raw materials evenly. For the production of pellet feed, the mixed powder will be sent to the pelletizing bin.

Pelleting & Cooling process
The mixed materials are sent to the pelletizing chamber after magnetic separation and conditioning in the pelletizing bin, and pressed into pellet feed by animal feed pellet machine, cooled by the cooler, and screened out standard pellet finished materials by screening equipment.
During cooling, the cooling tower should be adjusted according to factors such as variety, indoor temperature and humidity, and season to achieve qualified pellet temperature and humidity.

- Crumbling equipment:
It is a machine that crushes pelletized feed into small pellets (called crumbs). Generally, roller crushers are used.
- Grading equipment:
It is used to separate a small part of the powder that cannot be made into particles during granulation and part of the powder caused by crushing particles with grading equipment to ensure the quality of the finished pellet feed. The separated powder needs to be sent back to the animal pellet mill for granulation. The grading equipment mainly includes rotary screens, vibrating screens, etc.
- Finished product packaging equipment:

- Dust removal equipment:
It is a device that absorbs dust and protects the environment. The principles and equipment used for dust removal and air conveying are basically the same. The difference is that one conveys dust and the other conveys materials. The air volume required for conveying dust is smaller than that for conveying materials. - Post-ripening equipment:

- Spraying equipment:
The fat content in the material should not be too high before pelleting, otherwise it will be too loose to make good pellets, so the amount of fat added in the mixer should not exceed 3%. If the amount of fat added in the feed formula exceeds 3%, the excess amount should be sprayed on the surface of the pellet feed by post-spraying after pelleting. Some fat-soluble vitamins will become ineffective due to ripening during the pelleting process, and they can also be dissolved in fat and added to the pellet feed by post-spraying.
- Extrusion equipment:
It can produce aquatic feeds with different pellet densities such as floating, sinking, and diffuse sinking. It can also be used for raw material processing to make starch lake and destroy anti-nutritional factors in soybeans. However, it should be noted that the price of extruders is high, the production cost is high, and the operation is difficult.
- Drying equipment:
Some feed products require low moisture, but the moisture added during the production process is relatively large (such as extruded materials produced by humidification). If these feed products are not dried, the moisture index does not meet the product requirements, so they must be dried (precipitated) using drying equipment.
