NYF-300 fully automatic capsule liquid filling and sealing machine linkage line
NYF-300 fully automatic hard capsule liquid filling machine and sealing linkage line equipment is a domestic first-of-its-kind hard capsule filling and sealing linkage equipment independently developed, designed and produced by our company based on its own many years of capsule filling technology. It also exclusively owns independent intellectual property rights and a number of technical invention patents.
The equipment can complete the filling of hard capsules (solutions, suspensions, microemulsions or hot melts) and the sealing of the capsule cap joint, so that the materials in the capsule are always in a sealed state during packaging, transportation and use, thereby improving the stability and safety of the product. It can provide a new way of drug administration, improve the drug administration problems of many drugs, and fill the gap in hard capsule filling liquid and sealing technology in the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical and health care products industries. It is also a boon for many pharmaceutical companies and health care products factories to develop some (highly active drugs, poorly soluble drugs) preparations.

1. The equipment adopts a human-machine interface control system, which automatically alarms for capsule shortage and material shortage.
2. The capsule feeder has a vacuum positioning and separation mechanism, which makes the capsule loading rate reach more than 99%.
Fiber optic automatic detection, capsule shortage identification in the upper and lower mold holes.
3. High-precision ceramic pump and servo motor liquid adding system are adopted to control the loading difference within ±2% and the dosage is accurate.
4. The sealing mechanism adopts a servo motor lifting device, which can move up and down and fine-tune the rubber wheel to achieve the best effect of the sealing liquid layer.
5. The sealing tank is designed as a sealed structure, and is equipped with a heating and heat preservation system to ensure the viscosity of the glue liquid and effectively extend the glue liquid adding cycle.
6. The finished product drying and curing mold adopts a hanging and free-rotating structure, which effectively improves the disassembly and cleaning time.

Capsule introduction mechanism
The turntable capsule discharging mechanism uses the mold turntable and the capsule discharging turntable to work synchronously to ensure that the capsules in each group of mold holes are evenly and orderly transferred to the capsule discharging turntable.
Fiber optic sensing can achieve non-contact detection with high accuracy, high resolution, and good reliability. The equipment can quickly detect whether the hollow capsules are separated normally during the production process.
The capsule introduction mechanism has the functions of automatic capsule guidance, optical fiber detection inside the capsule storage plate, and real-time control of the speed synchronization of the main machine and the auxiliary machine by the high and low positions of the capsule.

The lifting sealing glue table adopts a servo motor control system, a sealed glue storage, which effectively prevents the glue from evaporating in the air. It is equipped with a heat preservation device to adjust the temperature so that the glue reaches the best sealing state. The double-track rubber wheel secondary gluing technology is adopted to improve the complete sealing effect of the sealing part.
After the capsule is sealed, it is introduced into the drying mold. During the air drying and solidification process, the capsule in the freely hanging drying mold hole is always in a snake like reciprocating motion with its face facing up. At the same time, it is easy to disassemble when it comes to changing mold specifications and cleaning.
There are 12 equal limit rings set in the finished product discharge bin. When the drying mold moves to the limit ring, the free hanging type changes to a fixed clamping type, causing each unit of drying mold to rotate 360 degrees, export the finished product, and drop it into the discharge bin. Additionally, 6 blowing pipes are added to prevent the finished product from remaining in the mold.
