What is premix feed?
Premix is the abbreviation of additive premixed feed. It combines one or more trace components (including various trace mineral elements, various vitamins, synthetic amino acids, certain drugs and other additives) with diluents or carriers as required. Raw material reception:
The high-end premix processing technology is equipped with a stainless steel raw material feeding port, and the materials are fed in the form of negative pressure transportation by a high-pressure fan, all in a closed purification feeding room.
Pneumatic conveying can reduce material residue and avoid cross-contamination. At the same time, the pipelines use national standard seamless pipes, and the connecting parts use thickened seals to ensure no material leakage.

Automatic cleaning:
Install a grid screen or simple vibrating screen at the large material feeding port, the batching bin feeding port or the small material feeding port of the mixer. Install cleaning equipment such as a powder cleaning screen and a permanent magnet cylinder in front of the batching bin to effectively remove large and long particles in the raw materials. Block materials and magnetic materials ensure the quality of premix products.

Directional dust removal:
The carrier raw material feeding port and standard feeding station are equipped with pulse bag dust collectors for dust removal to prevent dust from overflowing during feeding; directional dust removal is performed at multiple points such as the trace element feeding port and packaging section to keep the production space clean.
All dust collector discharges can be designed at different heights according to customer specific needs.

Efficient mixing:
Special mixing equipment for premixed materials is used, and the high-grade stainless steel material effectively prevents corrosion and avoids cross-infection. The material mixing cycle is short, the quality is high, the material is discharged quickly, the residue rate is low, the sealing is good and there is no spilled powder, ensuring product quality and safety.
