Introduction to high-speed mixing cylinder

Introduction to homogenizer
The two-stage high-pressure homogenizer used in the ice cream production line consists of a two-stage homogenization valve and a reciprocating pump.
The ice cream mixture is homogenized in the first stage (high-pressure generation) to crush the fat balls to 1-2um, and then dispersed in the second stage (low-pressure generation) to achieve the specified size of the fat balls in the physical structure of the ice cream.
The quality of the homogenizer has a direct impact on the quality of ice cream, as it makes the organization smooth and lubricated.
Introduction to Pasteurization Machine
There are various types and structures of sterilization equipment for ice cream production line mixtures, with one being the old intermittent type and the other being the continuous type
Intermittent sterilizer, also known as "hot and cold cylinder", has a simple structure, easy manufacturing, convenient operation, and low price.
Cold beverage factories often use high-temperature short-time pasteurization devices to automate continuous sterilization of mixtures. The device consists of a four section plate heat exchanger, homogenizer, control cabinet, valves, and pipelines.
The biggest feature of the high-temperature short-time pasteurization device is its good sterilization effect, short heating time of the mixture, and less influence of thermal denaturation on dairy components.
Introduction to Aging Cylinder
Aging, also known as maturation, reduces the temperature of the liquid,
increases its viscosity, and prevents the occurrence of fat floating and acidity increase in the liquid.
Make the organization uniform and increase the viscosity of the liquid, which is beneficial for the expansion of ice cream.
It usually requires aging for 24 hours, and the aging temperature is generally between 0-4 degrees Celsius.
Introduction to Small Freezing Machine
Continuous freezing machines are commonly used in modern ice cream production,
where the mixture is pumped in and out at a pressure of 0.15~0.2Mpa. This allows for lower freezing temperatures and freezes more moisture, resulting in ice crystal diameters of 10~5um and bubble diameters of the product Around 30-150um, it forms a uniform mixture, and the ice cream made from it has a uniform and smooth texture, while achieving continuous and efficient production
capacity.
