Core equipment
This process is designed to maintain the nutritional integrity and flavor of the milk while ensuring high efficiency and hygiene standards. It is fully automated, reducing the risk of human error and enhancing the overall productivity of the milk powder production line.
Milk collection equipment
The milk collection system consists of equipment such as filters, flow meters (weighing tanks), heat exchangers, and pre deaerators. It mainly measures (weighs), cools, filters, and deaerates the raw milk.
Storage equipment-milk silo
A milk bin is a stainless steel container used for outdoor low-temperature storage of fresh milk. Through the insulation structure of the inner wall and outer shell of the warehouse, as well as the intermittent stirring of the high-speed pushing mixer inside the tank, the low-temperature fresh milk (≤ 5 ºC) entering the warehouse is stored for 24 hours, and the temperature rise does not exceed 2 ºC,and the fat does not float up. Widely used for storing fresh milk in pastures and dairy factories.
Storage equipment-refrigeration tank
Refrigerated milk storage tanks are suitable for storing and cooling freshly squeezed fresh milk or goat milk on ranches. They can also be used for storing and cooling liquid materials in small milk collection stations, dairy processing plants, and food, feed, and pharmaceutical factories. The refrigerated milk storage tank is mainly composed of four components: the milk tank body, mixer, refrigeration unit, and control box. The milk tank body is made of stainless steel 304, which is corrosion-resistant and precision polished to prevent dirt from accumulating. The insulation layer is filled with polyurethane foam with low thermal conductivity, making it lightweight and has good insulation performance.

standardized equipment
The standardized equipment mainly consists of preheating systems, cream separators (milk purifiers), high shear emulsifying tanks, homogenizers, pasteurizers, and other equipment.
Main workflow:
1. Preheating: The preheating temperature is about 50 ºC -55 ºC.
2. Milk purification: Removing impurities from milk.
3. Cream separation: Separate fat that exceeds the standard requirements.
4. Add dry matter or concentrate: If the total milk solids are below the standard, dry matter addition or concentration should be carried out. Pure milk solid should comply with the provisions of the "Quality Standards for Semi finished Pure Milk Products".5. Pasteurization: The sterilization conditions are required to be 80 ºC -90 ºC for 15 seconds.
6. Cooling: Cool the milk to 1-8 ºC using ice water through a heat exchanger.
Concentrator
Most of the water in the milk is removed by low temperature vacuum decompression concentration to improve the working efficiency of the spray dryer. At present, there are two commonly used types of rising film evaporator and falling film evaporator.
Spray drying
Spray drying is a drying process in which raw liquid is put into the atomizer to separate into droplets, and hot air or other gases are directly contacted with the droplets to obtain powder shaped products.
CIP system
CIP cleaning system usually consists of cleaning tank, acid and alkali solution tank, cleaning pump, return pump, detection system, control system, distributor, etc. According to the cleaning tank, it can be classified into four tank type (acid, alkali, hot water, clean water), three tank type (acid,alkali, hot water), two tank type (acid, alkali),single tank type (hot water), connected type, split type, etc; According to the number of processes, it can be divided into single channel cleaning, dual channel cleaning, three-way or multi-channel cleaning; According to the control mode, it can be divided into fully automatic, semi-automatic,etc.
Bag filling machine
There are two common types of bagged milk powder filling machines: one is finished product small bag packaging,with packaging capacities ranging from 10g to 500g; Another type is semi-finished large bag packaging, which is mostly used for base powder or import and export purposes, with a packaging capacity between 1-25kg.
Tinplate filling system
Mainly for bottled and barreled (tinplate) filling equipment, suitable for formula powder.
Equipment workflow:manually placing bottles onto the bottle sorting machine → blowing and sterilizing empty bottles with ultraviolet radiation → filling and nitrogen sealing cans (vacuum feeding) → cleaning the can body → laser coding → flipping the bottle →pressing the dust cover

The dairy laboratory is divided into physical and chemical, microbiological, spectroscopic, chromatographic and other parts.
