Working Principle
Bag Feeding: Premade bags (stacked in a magazine) are automatically picked and fed one by one onto the machine's conveyor chain/grippers.
Bag Opening: Mechanical fingers or suction cups gently open the mouth of the premade bag.
Powder Filling: The opened bag is precisely positioned under the selected filling head (auger or cup filler).
Auger Filler: A rotating auger screw conveys a measured volume of powder from the hopper into the bag. Suited for free-flowing powders.
Cup Filler: A measuring cup dips into the powder, fills, and then dumps the measured volume into the bag. Better for non-free-flowing, sticky, or flaky powders.
