Working principle

Material Type
Materials with fluidity, such as aqueous solutions, emulsions, suspensions, pastes, etc., can be pumped into the atomizer using a peristaltic pump.
Equipment structure:
The whole machine of this equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel. The atomization chamber, cyclone separator, material collection bottle, etc. are made of high borosilicate glass. It can withstand high temperatures, can be watched throughout the process, has better drying effect, and accurate temperature. first cyclone:

Equipment Features
1. Color LCD touch screen parameter display: inlet temperature/outlet temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air volume/needle frequency.
2. Fully automatic control: one-button start-up, after setting the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the running animation is displayed on the touch screen, and the running process is clearly displayed;
3. Nozzle cleaner (needle): when the nozzle is blocked, the blockage is automatically cleared, and the frequency of needle can be adjusted by itself.
4. Shutdown protection function: when shutting down, the heater is above 60ºC, and the fan cannot be turned off to ensure that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forced shutdown of the fan).
5. Temperature control: adopts real-time control PID constant temperature control technology, accurate temperature control in the whole temperature zone, and heating temperature control accuracy of ±1ºC.
6. Finished product effect: the normal distribution of the particle size of the finished product is steeper, the particles are uniform, and the fluidity is good.
7. Air compressor: built-in imported oil-free air compressor, low noise, less than 60db.
Operation steps:
Blower on → Heater on → Temperature setting → Air compressor on → Raw materials → Feed pump on → Finished product.
Shutdown steps:
Turn off the feed pump → Air compressor → Heater → When the temperature drops to 50 degrees, turn off the blower.
Control system:
The operation and control of this equipment is intelligent, using PLC system module programming, LCD touch screen control, Chinese and English panel switching, clear screen, animation display.
The main functions are: start and stop operation of blower, needle, air compressor, peristaltic pump, heater, etc., clear display of temperature curve and heating time, parameter adjustment function. For example: the blower frequency can control the air volume, the temperature setting can adjust the required temperature, and PID autonomous temperature control. Anti-blocking needle frequency setting, such as setting the frequency 3s, the needle will work once every 3 seconds.
Feed speed adjustment, the peristaltic pump speed is set to 0-100prm, and the feed speed can be set freely. It can be done in a variety of experimental granulation powders.
